Transport Complaints Board

There is a special Complaints committee for train travel, just like there is for air travel. The Transport Complaints committee for Train Travel deals with complaints which passengers feel have not been satisfactorily resolved by the train operator. 

The case must be submitted to the committee within one year after the customer has made a complaint to Flytoget AS.
