1. Purchase tickets in our online store
Visit our store, make sure that you have entered the correct to/from stations, select single or return and the ticket types of your choice. You may also see an estimated cost of the purchase in your local currency.
Enter your mobile number and email, before proceeding to payment. Here you enter the payment card details throught our payment provider, Nets. We do support VISA, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.
2. Receive tickets
If you see the purchase confirmation page, we have already sent you the tickets. You will receive the tickets in two different ways for your convenience:
- One email with a purchase receipt
- One email with your tickets attached as PDF-files and with a link to an online version of your ticket that can be opened in your web browser. Please note that return tickets will be sent as two single tickets.
Feel free to share the tickets with your family, friends or colleagues. The ticket will only work one time and should be kept until the travel is finished.
3. Validate tickets at Oslo Airport
The barcode on the ticket must be validated in the gates at Oslo Airport. If you travel to Oslo Airport, the barcode must be validated in the gates at the platform after leaving the train. If you travel from Oslo Airport, the barcode must be validated at the station before entering the train platform.
Our gates will detect a barcode if the PDF-ticket is printed on paper (A4), shown in a PDF-reader on your mobile phone or the web version of the ticket shown in the web browser on your mobile phone.
If you have a valid ticket and there are any problems entering our gates, we have personell in place that will help you.
