What is Flytoget’s travel guarantee?
Flytoget has a very high level of punctuality. However, in the rare event that you don’t reach your flight departure on time due to our service being more than 30 minutes delayed we will reimburse you with a new plane ticket, no matter what the cause of the delay.
What should I do if my Airport Express train is more than 30 minutes delayed?
If you are one of the unlucky few that experiences disruptions and delays of more than 30 minutes and you miss your flight departure due to this, you have a couple of options; We can either help you arrange a new flight ticket on the next available flight or you can re-book yourself and be reimbursed afterwards via flytoget@flytoget.no.
In the event that you don’t want to buy a new ticket yourself, our sales team at Oslo Airport can help with arranging a flight coupon for you on the next available flight.
The following criteria must be met in order for our travel guarantee to be activated.
- A valid train ticket with the Airport Express and your chosen departure experienced a delay of 30 minutes or more.
- You must have have allocated enough time at the airport in accordance with your airlines recommended arrival time. This varies from airline to airline so be sure to double check before your journey starts. You can usually find this information on your flight ticket.
