What if I have bought a ticket I cannot use?

Are the trains still running?
Yes, our train service is stilling running. Please check our travel planner for all the departures.
Do you have extra cleaning on the train now?
Yes. Our employees clean and disinfect all touch points on the trains throughout the day, and we pay close attention to critical areas in our daily cleaning. In addition, all trains are disinfected regularly.
The driver will automatically open all doors upon arrival at every station. As a traveler you will then avoid touching the buttons.

Can I travel by the airport express train if I come home from abroad?
Travelers, including those traveling from countries outside the Nordic countries, who have no symptoms of infection, can travel with Flytoget. We recommend that you avoid close contact with others and follow the advice given from the authorities.
